      - he was a merchant in Marceline, Linn County, Missouri, where
      they lived - Stephen died October 24, 1930, at the age of 58

Oliver Morlan Born: October 20, 1874, in Dublin, Barton County, Missouri
Died: March 15, 1939 at the age of 64 - Oliver was kicked in the head
     by a horse early in his married life and lived most of his life in the
     home for the mentally ill in Nevada, Missouri - he is buried in the
     Morlan family plot in Waters Cemetery (about 11 miles southwest
     of Lamar, Missouri and about 4 miles northwest of Jasper, Missouri)
Married: Emma Jane Benford on December 29, 1895, at Lamar,
     Missouri - she was born September 3, 1874, and died January 15,
     1910 at Topeka, Kansas, of tuberculosis at the age of 35 - she left
     her two children, Frank and Eunice (14-and 10-years-old), to be
     raised by relatives - Eunice first lived with George and Lyda Morlan
     and then with Cora (Morlan) Waller - Frank also came down with
     tuberculosis, and was housed at Camp Cook in South Dakota
Children: 1 son and 1 daughter, both born in Dublin, Missouri
      Frank Emmett Morlan - Born: September 15, 1896
           Died: June 13, 1917 at Camp Cook, South Dakota, of
           tuberculosis when he was only 20 years old
      Eunice Olive Morlan - Born: June 3, 1900 - Married: William Dale
           Brewer May 31, 1921, at New Cambria, Missouri - Wiliam was
           born September 12, 1896, at Marceline, Missouri - Eunice and
           William had 1 son - William Dale Brewer died May 1976, at the
           age of 79 - Eunice (Morlan) Brewer died November 1979, at
           Kansas City, Missouri, at age 79 - she was cremated.

     at the age of 87

Died: June 14, 1959, at Nevada, Missouri, at the age of 74
Married: Sylvia Cora Saunders in Marceline, Missouri, on
     October 24, 1906 (one year to the day before his brother, George,
     married) - Fred Morlan was 22 years old at the time; his bride was
     19 years old - she was born August 29, 1887, at Lingo, Missouri,
     the daughter of James and Jeanette Luella (Braley) Saunders -
     Sylvia (Saunders) Morlan, passed away November 29, 1975,
     in Kansas City, Missouri, at the age of 88
Children: 3 daughters, all born at Marceline, Missouri
     Madeline Murlee Morlan - Born August 8, 1907 - married George
          Miller Canine on April 14, 1928, in Kansas City, Missouri -
          she was age 20 at the time; he was age 29 - he was born
          May 3, 1898, in Kansas City, Missouri, at 1326 Euclid -
          George and Madeline (Morlan) Canine were the parents of
          four children - George Miller Canine died May 14, 1990, in
          Bolivar, Missouri, at age 92 - Madeline Murlee (Morlan)
          Canine died November 26, 1995, in Bolivar, Missouri, at age 88
      Mary Marcella Morlan - Born July 30, 1909 - married Maxwell
          Emerson Kelley October 24, 1930 at Kansas City, Missouri -
          (this was 24 years to the day after her parents were married) -
          Maxwell was born September 7, 1909, at Kansas City, Missouri -
          at the time of their marriage, both were 21 years old -
          Maxwell and Marcella (Morlan) Kelley were the parents of two
          children, both born in Kansas City, Missouri - Maxwell Emerson
          Kelley died November 4, 1991, at the age of 82 - Mary Marcella
          (Morlan) Kelley died October 7, 1997, in Independence, Missouri,
          at the age of 88
      Marjorie Maxine Morlan, - Born November 27, 1911 - married John
          Leroy Steele on July 6, 1930 at Olathe, Kansas - John Steele
          was born January 30, 1912, at Topeka, Kansas - Marjorie & John
          were both 18 years old at the time of their marriage - they were
          the parents of nine children - Marjorie Maxine (Morlan) Steele
          died in September 1986 in El Dorado Springs, Missouri,
          at age 74 - John LeRoy Steele died September 20, 1998,
          in Grandview, Missouri, at age 86
